How we handle your details

Last updated 27 July 2026

The Hive is an early-stage project. Right now, this page exists because you've joined — or are about to join — our waitlist to hear when we launch. This explains what we collect when you do that, and what we do with it. We've kept it plain on purpose.

What we collect

When you join The Hive waitlist through our Facebook or Instagram ad, we collect:

That's it. We don't ask for anything you don't volunteer.

How we use it

We use your details for exactly one thing right now: to let you know when The Hive is ready to launch, and to occasionally share progress updates as we build it. We won't sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone.

The Hive is, and always will be, free to join for nurses. Joining the waitlist doesn't obligate you to anything.

Where it's stored

Your details are collected via Meta's (Facebook/Instagram) Instant Form and stored with an email service provider we use to manage the waitlist. We take reasonable steps to keep this information secure, and we only keep it for as long as we're actively building and launching The Hive, or until you ask us to delete it.

Facebook & Instagram

Because you're signing up through a Facebook or Instagram ad, Meta also processes your information under its own privacy policy and ad platform terms — separate from, and in addition to, what's described here. You can read Meta's privacy policy at facebook.com/privacy/policy.

Your choices

You can ask us to unsubscribe, update, or delete your details at any time — just email us and we'll sort it, no forms or friction.

Children's privacy

The Hive is intended for registered and enrolled nurses. It isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

As The Hive moves from a waitlist to a real, running platform, this policy will evolve alongside it. We'll update the date at the top whenever it changes.
